I've been publishing an on-line diary over at the PL/SQL Pipeline for many months now. It has contained a wide variety of stuff, from technical computer talk to revelations about my family, to my comments on the world in general. And while my friends at RevealNet, Tom White and Steve Hilker, have been very flexible about what they are comfortable with having on the site, they have also grown increasingly interested in having my diary over there stick to the "facts" -- about PL/SQL and Oracle technology, and then perhaps some stuff on my family. Over time I may migrate the diary content there over to this space.

Oh my gosh! I am SO ashamed of myself! I put together a web site. I direct people to it -- and then I totally ignore it for months and months and months!
Hey, well, what do you expect? I'm not retired. I keep pretty darn busy, I do. Writing books, working at Starbelly.com (now HALO.com), maintaining various RevealNet products, writing articles, working for social justice through the Crossroads Fund, enjoying my family, traveling LOTS less than I used to...
Well, no more excuses. I will at least tonite for the next twenty minutes or so pay attention to my web site. I will put some thoughts into my September 2000 diary enter. So click there and skip my whining!

The big news of this month is that I have finally gotted started building my own personal web site. And right now I am too busy to write about. Instead I am editing HTML through the VisualPage product from Symantec. See ya later!
