Users hate to wait - for anything. For our applications to be
successful, they not only must be correct (meet user requirements) and
maintainable. They must also execute efficiently enough to avoid user
frustration. This session reviews the most important techniques for
improving PL/SQL performance, including data caching, FORALL and BULK
COLLECT. After attending this session, you will be able to proactively
identify opportunities for applying techniques that will most
dramatically (generally, an order or magnitude or more) improve the
performance of your PL/SQL code.
